For those waiting, Horseman Vulgamor has arrived in Lion's Arch. I haven't checked the other areas.

The Mad King's Guards are also in LA, for anyone who wants to party down with them.

i wonder if theres gonna be any interactive npcs other than the mad kings guards and the collectors, like mini game npcs and the like
